Carbon Performance Analysis Kits are an ideal starting point in assembling your virtual platform. The combination of the CPAKs along with your differentiating IP is an optimal solution to quickly assemble a virtual prototype for performing architectural analysis, performance optimization and pre-silicon software debug.

Description

This is a Cortex A15 system using the AXI fabric with memory and IO subsystems constructed in SoC Designer Plus using models from Carbon IP Exchange. It comes with a ported version of the Android OS. The source code is included. This is a basic hardware and software system that can extend to serve as a starting point for your virtual prototype. This virtual prototype also incorporates ARM’s RealView Debugger and Carbon’s SoC Designer Plus’ profiling tools.

This analysis kit contains Swap ‘n Play capable models to enable the entire system to boot Android in seconds and then swap to the 100% accurate representation at any software breakpoint. (Swap ‘n Play requires additional license features)
